Industrial & Small-Bay Real Estate Across the Cincinnati Tri-State
Most of my work is in Hamilton County, Butler County (West Chester, Liberty Township, Fairfield, Hamilton) and Warren County (Mason, Monroe). Deals regularly reach across the broader Southwest Ohio region. I also work Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana deals through partner eXp Commercial agents when a transaction crosses state lines.
Who you'll work with
Grady Collins runs Main Street Exit Partners, a business brokerage for owner-led companies in the Cincinnati area. He's also a commercial real estate agent with eXp Commercial, where he helps owners and investors buy and sell small-bay industrial and contractor garage buildings across Hamilton, Butler and Warren counties. Grady started in audit at Deloitte and spent years in financial leadership at public and private companies, including financial oversight of a $3.5 billion enterprise with more than 500 legal entities.
