I'm Grady Collins. I run Main Street Exit Partners, a business brokerage for owner-led companies in the Cincinnati area. Do you help tenants find space?
Sometimes. Most of my work is helping owners and investors buy and sell buildings. I take on lease work when it's part of a business transaction, or when the lease is above a minimum threshold. Smaller space? Send me what you need through the form on the home page, and if I hear of something that fits, I'll try to connect you with the owner or leasing agent. For a single shop bay, the number on the landlord's sign is still often the fastest route.
Do you only work on small-bay industrial?
Mostly. I take other industrial and commercial deals when they're a good fit, and if I'm not the right person I'll introduce you to someone who is.
