What the site collects

The site has one contact form and no accounts. It uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics sets cookies and records things like your approximate location, your device and browser, and the pages you visit. It doesn't tell me who you are. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also keeps basic technical logs so the site runs and stays secure. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam, and what you send through it is delivered to me by email through Resend, using the form service of Main Street Exit Partners, my business brokerage.

When you contact me

If you call, text, email or use the form, I'll have your name, your phone number or email address, and whatever you choose to tell me. I use it to answer you and to follow up on the question you raised. Because I work through eXp Commercial, LLC, records of any real estate work we do together may also be kept in eXp's systems, as brokerage rules require.

Market data

I track rents, sale prices and requests for space across Greater Cincinnati. What you send through the form or tell me can be combined with other information and used or published in aggregate, at the ZIP code level or broader, for example the typical asking rent per square foot for small bays in an area. Published figures won't identify you or your property.

What I don't do

I don't sell your information. I only share it outside eXp Commercial when a transaction you're part of needs it, when the law requires it, or when you're looking for space or have space to lease and I think there may be a fit. In that last case I may pass your contact details and what you've described to the owner, leasing agent or contractor on the other side, as the form says. If you'd rather I didn't, tell me and I won't.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. If you'd like me to delete information you've sent me, call or email me and I'll take care of it. The only exception is anything eXp or the law requires me to keep.
